mTAG — Personalised Ribbon Tag for Your Medal

Level up your medal with an mTAG: a laser-engraved wooden add-on that threads onto your ribbon and displays your finish time and race date. Designed by Mapman for runners who love the details.

Why you’ll love it

• Personal to you – engraved with your time and date in crisp, legible numerals.
• Sits neatly on the ribbon – slots at the top and bottom feed the ribbon through, holding the tag flat against the medal.
• Premium natural material – sustainably sourced laser-cut wood with a clean satin sanded finish.
• Three sizes to fit most ribbons – choose the width that matches your race ribbon.
• Lightweight & medal-safe – adds the look without the clunk; no metal-on-metal scratches.
• Made in the UK – designed, cut and finished in-house.

Sizes (choose based on ribbon width)

• Small — 30 × 50 mm
Best for narrow/standard ribbons (~25 mm).
• Medium — 45 × 56 mm
  Great all-rounder (~30–38 mm ribbons).
• Large — 60 × 62 mm
  For wider / event-branded ribbons (~40–45 mm).

Tip: if you’re between sizes, pick the larger mTAG for a roomier, flatter lay.

Thickness

Select a thinner tag for a more flusher fitting, or a thicker tag to stand out. The thicker tag will not lay as flat on the ribbon, but will be more noticeable.

Thin tags are approx. 2mm and thick tags approx. 4mm.
